What really makes a 'good' healthcare experience?
How could technology be better used to manage healthcare?

The above questions are not necessarily that easy to answer. 
  

We commissioned independent researchers to ask 500 US patients and 100 US providers their views on what processes most needed to change, what technology they currently had access to and what constitutes a 'good' healthcare experience.

The results go some way to benchmarking the modern healthcare experience in the US, while also revealing an element of of mis-match in perception between patients and providers.
